Good to know before you start.

Is the water test really free?

Yes. When you move forward with installation, your on-site water test is included at no extra cost. If you'd like a standalone test without installing, a small assessment fee applies, details are shared when you reach out on WhatsApp.

Does this work for well water and PDAM both?

Yes. Our systems are configured for both groundwater (sumur bor) and municipal (PDAM) sources. The housing and media combination is adjusted based on what the test finds.

How long does installation take?

Most whole-house installations are completed within a day, depending on your home's plumbing layout and the package selected.

Is the Pura Care Check-In free?

Yes. We reach out at no cost to let you know when it's time to change filters and check in on how your water's doing. If you'd like us to handle the actual replacement, that service and the parts are billed separately, details are shared on WhatsApp.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, all packages include a 1-year warranty covering parts and workmanship. Specific terms are confirmed at the time of installation based on your chosen package.
