Good to know before you start.

Is the water test really free?

Yes. On-site water testing is always free within our coverage area, so you can see your water's condition before deciding on anything. If your location is outside our coverage area, a small travel fee applies, the test itself remains free. You'll also receive a written water assessment report.

Does this work for well water and PDAM both?

Yes. Our systems are configured for both groundwater (sumur bor) and municipal (PDAM) sources. The housing and media combination is adjusted based on what the test finds.

How long does installation take?

Most whole-house installations are completed within a day, depending on your home's plumbing layout and the package selected.

Is the Pura Care Check-In free?

Yes. We reach out at no cost to let you know when it's time to change filters and check in on how your water's doing. If you'd like us to handle the actual replacement, that service and the parts are billed separately, details are shared on WhatsApp.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, all packages include a 1-year warranty covering parts and workmanship. Specific terms are confirmed at the time of installation based on your chosen package.

Can the price change from what's listed?

The packages above are our standard pricing. After your free on-site test, we'll confirm whether the listed package fits as-is, or if minor adjustments are needed for your home's specific water condition, any changes are explained clearly before work begins.

Why is water in Bali often hard or high in minerals?

Much of Bali relies on groundwater drawn from wells, which naturally picks up minerals like calcium, magnesium, iron, and sediment as it passes through soil and limestone. This is what causes limescale, cloudy water, and dry skin in many homes and villas, even when the water looks clear.

How long do the filter housings and FRP media last?

Sediment and carbon housings are typically replaced every few months depending on water usage, while FRP media inside larger tanks lasts significantly longer. Exact intervals depend on your household's water condition and consumption, which is why we recommend a Pura Care Check-In to track it rather than guessing on a fixed schedule.
